A New Take on 360º Camera Mounting
Unlike traditional mounts that position the camera upright—creating a "unicorn" style mount—the LoHawk positions the Insta360 X2/X3/X4 horizontally on top of your helmet. This “mohawk” design keeps the camera’s 360º lenses at the highest and forward-most point for optimal video capture, while the camera body stays snug and low-profile against the helmet.

No Screws, Bands, or Bungees needed: Like all Adrenaline Workshop mounts, the LoHawk uses a semi-flexible housing with tight tolerances to securely hold the camera. Simply slide the camera into the housing, and you're ready to fly—no other external retaining methods required.
 
Mounting Options
The RapidRelease DualMount attaches to your helmet with the following options:
3M VHB Tape: The default method for a strong, reliable hold without altering your helmet.
Hardware Mounting: For those who prefer mounting via hardware, the system can be securely attached with mounting hardware (drilling into helmet required; hardware & drilling template included).
 
Possible Disadvantage:
Fixed Camera Angle: The LoHawk does not allow for adjustable camera tilt. However, with a 360º camera like the Insta360 X2/X3/X4, tilt adjustability is less critical, as the framing can easily be adjusted during video playback and editing through the camera’s app.
 
Availability:
Initially, the LoHawk will be available for select helmet models and sizes (see drop down menu). More helmets will be added to the lineup as users help verify the curvature of additional helmets.
