Low Profile, snag-free camera mounting solution for the GoPro Hero 11 Mini action camera. the semi flexible camera housing provides a super snug, protective glove around your camera, while still allowing FULL ACCESS to ALL buttons, displays, charging port, microSD card, and status indicator lights.
As with all other LoProMoFo designs, nothing extra is needed to keep your camera securely in the mount. Thanks to the tight design tolerances and precise grip of the housing around the camera, no additional bands, bungees, silly straps, thoughts, or prayers are needed to keep your camera inside it's housing from exit to the packing mat. Of course, the camera housing can also be completely removed from helmet / base for travel or hitting the wind tunnel by removing the two screws at base with the included hex key...leaving a snag-free base that's ready to fly without worries.
To remove the GoPro Mini from it's housing, simply grip the edge of the housing with your fingers while simultaneously pushing on the back of the camera with your thumbs.
The LoProMoFo's base follows the EXACT contour of your helmet's curves for maximum adhesion via Very High Bonding (3M VBH) tape, becoming one unit with your helmet without the need to drill any holes. Additionally, the camera angle / tilt adjustment can easily be modified by slightly loosening the recessed stainless steel screws at the base with the included Allen key, and then re-tightening screws so that they are once again snug.
No more flying a hook on your helmet!
For those who want to be able to swap between different cameras on the same helmet, or want to completely do away with the need to screw/unscrew the housing from the base for travel / tunnel flying, you may want to check out the RapidRelease Helmet Base, noting all of the labeled components. Select RapidRelease CAMERA Base from the Helmet / Mounting Surface drop-down menu for THIS product (so that your LoProMoFo Camera housing comes with the necessary RapidRelease CAMERA Base to make the whole system work), and also purchase the corresponding RapidRelease Helmet Base for your specific helmet.
